To return products to Clover Imaging, you have a few options:

Online RMA Request:

Log into your account.

Go to the 'My Tools' section and select the RMA option to submit your return request.

Provide your name/company, item(s) to return, quantity, reason, Order# or PO#, and cartridge code if applicable.

An approved RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of your return shipping box.

To view your product cost, log into your customer account on the Clover website. An active customer account is required to see pricing. If you don’t have one yet, please visit our Registration page to set up a new customer account or request website access.

To see if Clover carries a specific item, use the search bar on our website. You can search by OEM number, Clover item number, compatible printer model, or other product specific details. This will show all available products that match your search.

To track your order, log into your customer account and go to the Order History page. There you can view the status of all your orders and access tracking details for shipments.

To check product availability, log into your customer account and view the product details page. If an item is not available, the website will display possible substitutions you can order instead. You can also use the “Email me when this item is available” feature to be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.
